To develop technologies based on GigaChat and assist our retail clients with financial solutions, we are starting a new project involving applied LLM usage and assembling a team for it. For this team, for project work, we are looking for a systems analyst.

The goal of the project is to create an AI consultant for retail lending products.

Examples of tasks:

• Compile or verify business requirements for refining client responses based on meeting outcomes with customers

• Write functional requirements specifying integration chains for obtaining client data

• Agree with a service provider on connecting a new consumer and create an onboarding checklist

Responsibilities

• Study business processes of retail lending products

• Design the architecture of a technical solution based on LLM jointly with the development team

• Gather and analyze requirements from business product owners

• Develop solution concepts, technical documentation, and API

• Search for information in documentation/cookbooks/chats/comments in Confluence

Requirements

• Interest in large language models (LLMs) and their application areas

• Ability to quickly immerse oneself in the subject area under investigation

• Skills in designing REST API

• Experience in developing requirements for WEB-services

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, describing use cases, generating ideas, working out technical solutions and integration interactions

• Communication skills sufficient to build constructive interaction with related departments and within the team

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Platform V (EFS)

• Understanding of the basic principles of LLM operation

• Understanding of methods for evaluating LLM models (Human Evaluation, Perplexity, BLEU, ROUGE, etc.)

• Experience using project management systems (Jira)

• Willingness to share experience with colleagues.
