Description
Sber's AI team is looking for a systems analyst to develop AI agents and services that interact with ML models. Currently, Sber's focus is not only on transforming the customer experience through AI but also on changing the way employees themselves work. Our team is working on this task in the area of enhancing the reliability and fault tolerance of banking services.
Responsibilities
- identifying, gathering, and analyzing software requirements, interacting with the customer
- participating in the elaboration of architectural solutions
- designing and writing technical solutions, assigning tasks to developers
- monitoring project implementation for compliance with initial requirements
- conducting acceptance tests, participating in the rollout of new functionality
- updating project statuses on reporting dashboards for management.
Requirements
- higher technical education
- work experience as a systems analyst for at least 2.5 years
- experience in analyzing and developing regulatory documentation for business processes, including using diagrams
- experience participating in process design
- experience in designing and describing integration interactions (SOAP/REST API, Kafka, MQ) with justification for the choice of option for each specific case
- understanding of DBMS principles, ability to write SQL queries sufficient for one's own needs
- knowledge and ability to work with the Atlassian software suite (Confluence, Jira, BitBucket).
Will be a plus:
- skills in working with generative AI models
- experience in creating AI agents and using them in work.
