- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements from internal customers
- Developing system requirements (describing the business logic of AI agents and microservices, preparing integration contracts (Kafka, REST), describing data models)
- Writing and improving prompts for AI agents
- Analyzing data on the results of agents' and services' performance
- Setting tasks for developers and designers
- Interacting with related teams during contract alignment
- Participating in reviewing test cases and preparing test data together with QA
- Participating in demos of new features and training system users
- Maintaining and keeping API documentation up to date.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Work experience as a systems analyst for 2+ years
- Skills in working with REST API (describing endpoints, understanding request/response structure)
- Ability to write SQL queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, sorting, basic views)
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Basic skills in working with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar in a work context).
Will be a plus
- Experience with Kafka (understanding producer/consumer principles, describing data flows)
- Understanding of LLM principles and experience writing prompts
- Experience preparing requirements for AI agents
- Skills in analyzing service performance data
- Knowledge of one of the programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Understanding the basics of functional testing.
