The product is an advertising platform used by three major companies at once: Cooper, Samokat, and Megamarket. This means your work will directly impact revenue — not abstract metrics, but the real money of real businesses.

Who I'm looking for:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in product analytics. You know how to conduct A/B tests from start to finish and are aware of all the pitfalls.
• You have a case where you led a project from idea to result: independently managed the direction and were responsible for the outcome.
• You are proactive, not afraid to take responsibility, and don't just wait for specific tasks.
• You have interacted with development and DWH teams and understand how to set tasks for them effectively.
• You actively use LLM. Yes, this post was also written with their help :)

Work format:

The main part of the team is in Moscow. It would be great if you could come to the office occasionally — optional, at least once a month.
