An international product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, the majority of which are online entertainment services, is looking for a Product owner.

What you will be doing: — Formulate the product vision and high-level strategy together with the team and the general producer; — Plan and prioritize features, maintain the product roadmap; — Manage the project through all stages: from concept and pre-production to release and post-release support/development; — Ensure final quality and readiness for release; — Manage product risks, make adjustments to scope and priorities; — Conduct demos and coordinate key changes with stakeholders; — Work in conjunction with the PM: decomposition, execution control, release cycles; — Participate in team recruitment: final decision on hiring key specialists; participation in the selection of technical roles together with the PM and leads; — Participate in evaluating the performance of key team members together with leads and the PM.

Authority: — Final say on key product decisions, features, and timings; — Veto power on hiring key specialists; — Ability to change priorities and strategy within the product goals.

What is **important: — 3+ years of experience in game production/development management; proven experience in full cycle and releases; — Experience working with a standard cross-functional team; — Strong skills in planning, prioritization, quality acceptance, and risk management; — Experience in online entertainment services.
