Tasks:
- write and maintain autotests in Python for backend services, API, and integration scenarios
- check REST API, HTTP requests, JSON responses, and contracts between services
- automate smoke, regression, and integration checks
- help the team check new features of the assistant and platform components
- prepare test data and simple auxiliary tools for testing
- run autotests locally and in CI/CD
- analyze test failures, logs, and defect causes
- create clear bug reports and bring problems to a reproducible state
- participate in discussions of requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- gradually develop test coverage and improve the stability of autotests
Requirements:
- basic knowledge of Python
- understanding of testing and test design fundamentals
- understanding of client-server architecture
- basic experience with REST API, HTTP, and JSON
- ability to use Git
- basic experience with Linux / command line
- accuracy, attention to detail, and desire to understand the causes of problems
- ability to clearly describe found defects
- willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow in test automation
