We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to develop and support the project's administrative platform.

Our project has about 50 employees, active development, constant releases, and high responsibility for the stability of internal systems. We are looking for a person with strong organizational skills, who can keep multiple task streams under control simultaneously, work with a large number of stakeholders, and not get lost in rapidly changing priorities.

Key Candidate Requirements:

— Product Manager experience — from 5 years, preferably within a single long-term project; — Experience in gambling / betting projects is welcome, especially with launching and developing websites; — Experience with AI agents from 1 year; — Understanding of development processes, release cycles, and the operation of internal admin systems; — Proficient in Jira, Trello, and task management tools; — Experience collaborating with development, design, QA, and support teams; — High stress resistance and ability to make quick decisions under high load; — Willingness to be available outside of standard working hours for urgent tasks or releases; — Having training/courses in team management will be an advantage;

Working Conditions:

— Schedule: from 10:00 to 18:00; — Work format is negotiable; — Unscheduled calls and availability during night hours may be required for critical tasks or releases
