We are looking for a DevOps engineer for the implementation and support of an Enterprise communication platform at customer sites. Strong Linux expertise, Kubernetes experience, and confident infrastructure troubleshooting skills are important.
Main tasks:
— Installation and configuration of communication platform products on customer infrastructure — Support and maintenance of previously deployed installations — Platform testing and development — Configuration and support of Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure — Work with load balancers (Nginx / HAProxy) — Automation and configuration management (Ansible) — Troubleshooting Linux services, network interaction, and infrastructure components — Interaction with development, documentation, and project management teams — Solving complex technical cases together with customer and partner engineers
Requirements:
— Experience in operating or implementing Enterprise infrastructures from 3 years — Expert knowledge of Linux — Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and network infrastructure — Experience with Ansible (or Puppet / Salt / Chef) — Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes — Experience with HAProxy / Nginx or other LBs — Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other DBMS — Strong infrastructure troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
Will be a plus:
— Experience implementing corporate email systems — Experience working with high-load infrastructure — Experience participating in Enterprise projects with a large number of integrations
