TekhnoKom Group of Companies holds leading positions in the Russian market in the development and production of GLONASS/GPS vehicle monitoring systems, personnel tracking, fuel control sensors, and high-level software for any companies and sectors of transport, industry, and agriculture.

We are looking for an independent Product Manager / Product Owner to develop the T.Platform control panel – the key interface for partners and users of the services. Through the panel, partners independently configure the operation of vehicle monitoring systems – they manage objects, users, geofences, drivers, notification rules, reports, and other parameters of data processing services.

This is an independent product area with a direct impact on the convenience of the service for partners and the development of the platform.

What you will do

• Manage the direction from gathering needs to releasing functionality.
• Communicate with partners, understand their processes, and transform requests into product solutions.
• Form and prioritize the backlog.
• Describe user scenarios, requirements, business logic, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in interface design and make decisions on UI/UX.
• Work with the development team, designer, and tester.
• Plan releases, monitor implementation, and accept the result.

What we expect:

• Experience in IT: in product, analytics, implementation, project management, or development.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to understand complex B2B systems and business logic.
• Skill in communicating with users and external partners.
• System thinking, independence, fluent oral and written communication.
• Interest in developing a technical B2B product, not just managing tasks.

In this role, there is no separate analyst, so it is important to be able to independently understand processes, formulate requirements, and translate solutions into clear tasks for the team. At the same time, you will work closely with developers, a designer, a tester, and the head of the department.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, personal accounts, management systems, ERP/CRM.
• Understanding of role models, access rights, settings, and complex user scenarios.
• Technical education.
• Experience with YouTrack, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools.

• Team: 2 frontend developers and 2 backend developers; a tester and a designer are involved from the general team.
