CRM system product analyst

🚀 We are looking for a CRM system product analyst who can go through the entire process independently:

💬 business comes with a request → you figure out the underlying task → define the segment and mechanics → build the scenario in CRM → launch it → look at the results → figure out what can be improved.

What the job involves:

🤝 communicating with product, marketing, and business teams to extract the real task behind a request; 🎯 designing welcome, retention, reactivation, anti-churn, and other lifecycle scenarios; ⚙️ independently configuring and launching communications in CRM; 🔍 understanding the current CRM's capabilities and identifying areas for improvement; 📊 analyzing scenario effectiveness and finding growth opportunities.

Our expectations:

• 2-3 years of experience with CRM / lifecycle;
• proven experience in launching CRM communications, not just assigning tasks to others;
• confident knowledge of SQL, API, HTTP, and JSON;
• understanding of product metrics such as LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, conversion, ROI;
• ability to communicate with the business and translate their tasks into specific scenarios;
• English: B1+ (reading technical documentation).
