CRM System Product Analyst

🚀 We are looking for a CRM System Product Analyst who can go through the entire process independently: 💬 Business comes with a request → you figure out the underlying task → define the segment and mechanism → set up the scenario in CRM → launch → review the results → understand what can be improved.

What you will be doing: 🤝 communicate with product, marketing, and business teams to uncover the real task behind a request; 🎯 design welcome, retention, reactivation, anti-churn, and other lifecycle scenarios; ⚙️ independently set up and launch communications in CRM; 🔍 understand the capabilities of the current CRM and where improvements are needed; 📊 analyze scenario effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.

Our expectations:

• 2-3 years of experience with CRM / lifecycle;
• have actually launched CRM communications, not just assigned tasks to others;
• strong knowledge of SQL, API, HTTP, and JSON;
• understanding of product metrics such as LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, conversion, ROI;
• ability to communicate with the business and translate their task into a specific scenario;
• English: B1+ (reading technical documentation).
