Vacancy Description: We are Red Panda Games, an emerging studio. We are working on a cowboy vs. monsters game with deep AI integration into gameplay. The project already has an author's vision, narrative structure, and character sketches. We are looking for a scriptwriter to help develop these materials and turn them into detailed descriptions and game texts.

A presentation with a full project description will be sent in response to your application.

What you will do:

• Write and refine in-game lines and dialogues for given situations.
• Develop characters: personality, motivation, and backstory.
• Turn initial character descriptions into detailed documents following the existing structure.
• Work within the established universe, adhering to its logic and author's intent.
• Propose additions and improvements, discussing them with the project author.

What is important:

• Experience in scriptwriting.
• Ability to create lively dialogues and convincing characters.
• Experience working with fictional worlds. Fanfiction is also suitable, and experience creating your own universe is especially welcome.
• Good playtime in classic RPGs and CRPGs, understanding of the genre and its narrative features.
• Willingness to work with detailed briefs and approve results step-by-step.

A big plus will be: Experience as a Dungeon Master for D&D or other tabletop role-playing games, especially creating and running your own campaigns. We would be happy to see scripts, novels, fanfiction, world descriptions, and other examples of your work.

How the work is structured: The project author sets the foundation and initial description, and the scriptwriter develops them into complete material. Initiative is encouraged: the structure can be supplemented and rethought through discussion. Key narrative decisions and final approval remain with the project author.
