We work with institutional funds, family offices and PE-backed sponsors across European hospitality and leisure, on buy-side due diligence, strategic advisory and strategic asset management. The work is primarily analytical and strategic: modelling, data processing, acquisition diligence, IC packs. (details below)

We are looking for freelance consultants and limited-company directors to subcontract alongside us. 2-8 years with relevant work experience, preferably from private equity, investment banking or top-tier consulting; more senior operators welcome for lead-review scopes. Remote, UK and Europe, €/£700 to 1,400 per day.
