**Project Manager / Business Process Coordinator **(Monetisation Team)
📍 Location: Limassol, office
🕐 Work format: Full-time, office only
🌍 We are ready to consider only those candidates who are already in Cyprus
We are expanding the Monetisation Team and are looking for a strong Project Manager / Process Coordinator who can dive deep into processes, work with large volumes of data, and ensure the stability of internal delivery processes.
This is not a classic coordinator role. We need a person with a systemic mindset, a high level of responsibility, and a good technical background, who knows not just how to control tasks, but also to understand the interconnections between systems, processes, and data.
What you will be doing:
- Control the quality and relevance of data in internal services and accounting systems
- Verify compliance with business processes and internal regulations
- Monitor the quality of process execution by other teams
- Analyze errors, incidents, and discrepancies, and control their elimination
- Work with data mapping and the correctness of integrations between systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation, terms of reference, business logic diagrams, and process flowcharts
- Coordinate interaction between technical and business teams
- Control task completion deadlines and the movement of delivery processes
- Dive into large volumes of information, analyze data, and optimize processes
- Conduct training and methodological support for teams when necessary
- Work with YouTrack and Confluence
What is important to us:
- Experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Process Manager in technical or fintech/PSP teams
- Understanding of database principles and data structures
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Ability to read, analyze, and structure large volumes of information
- Skill in building processes and interaction between teams
- Experience in creating terms of reference, process diagrams, and documentation
- High level of independence and responsibility
- Proactivity: it is important to be able to "push" processes and bring tasks to completion
- Systemic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with YouTrack and Confluence will be a plus
- Experience in PSP / fintech / financial analytics is a strong advantage
