Learning & Performance Project Manager

Looking for someone to join my team:

1/ Learning & Performance Project Manager. This role is not about "making training." It's about metrics and finding the lever that actually moves them: sometimes it's training, often it's a process change, a hint in the CRM, a correction to the QA grid, or working with supervisors. You need to understand how to manage metrics (QA, CSAT, AHT, time-to-productivity), be able to break down "quality dropped" into testable hypotheses, and honestly answer the question of what exactly worked.

Skills I value include confirmed experience in:

• Applying educational/product metrics and content design principles,
• Working with a product approach (ability to answer yourself and others the question "why are we doing this"),
• Ability to work with hypotheses,
• Knowledge of English, as communication will be frequent and our team is multinational.

• Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.

An ideal candidate would be someone considering relocation to Mexico, as we operate in a time zone close to Mexico City time. We are open to considering candidates living in similar time zones in the US and Europe (Spain, Portugal, etc.).
