Vacancy: Middle+ / Senior AI Developer — Visual Content Generation

About Us

OF AI Models is a startup creating a platform for generating photos and videos with AI characters for adult platforms. We are building the product from scratch: from a working generation pipeline to a full-fledged SaaS platform with personal accounts, content generation, and audience integration. We are looking for the first developer to build the technical foundation and, in the future, lead the development.

Responsibilities:

— Build a pipeline for generating high-quality photos and videos with an AI character, indistinguishable from real footage. — Train and fine-tune the model for a specific character with flexible parameter control for appearance. — Develop a process for automatic generation of custom content on demand. — Select and justify the technical stack (backend, DB, infrastructure), set up the repository and CI/CD. — Design and implement a web platform: personal accounts, AI model management, content generation, chats with the audience, auto-posting, and integration with Instagram and other platforms. — Over time, form and lead a development team.

Requirements

Must-have:

— Experience in training and fine-tuning generative AI models for a specific character (LoRA, DreamBooth, or similar). — Experience in building photo and/or video generation pipelines (ComfyUI, Automatic1111, Runway, CogVideoX, or similar — stack of your choice). — Understanding of how to achieve stable quality: character identity, realism, controllability of the result.

Bonus points:

— Fullstack experience for building the web interface. — Basic DevOps skills for deploying and supporting infrastructure. — Experience with Instagram integration (auto-posting, automation). — Familiarity with adult platforms and content specifics.
