📌Our expectations: – 5+ years of experience in fintech or banking, preferably – launch of credit or alternative products (POS/BNPL, factoring, microfinance); – experience in the SMB/self-employed segment - a plus; – experience in building cross-functional interaction; – experience in developing products from scratch; – understanding of the risk framework in lending - will be an advantage; – practice in managing product development: task setting, prioritization, delivery; – understanding of the principles of building unit economics; – ability to describe CJM and user stories; – ability to sketch prototypes in Figma or other tools.
