hirix is a recruiting partner for finding IT talent. For our client, an international IT company with a team in Cyprus, we are looking for an English teacher to work with adult specialists, managers, and top managers.

What you will do: • conduct individual and corporate A1–C2 classes; • develop training programs tailored to the goals and professional tasks of employees; • teach Business English, Executive English, Negotiation English, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills; • work with employees of different levels, including managers and business owners; • adapt materials to real work situations; • track progress and provide regular feedback; • use modern methodologies, digital platforms, and AI tools.

What is important: • 5–7+ years of English teaching experience; • experience in corporate training for adults; • experience working with top managers and business owners; • experience working with international companies; • English C1–C2 level; • ability to independently build training tailored to specific business tasks.

Will be a plus: international negotiations, Business/Executive English, Public Speaking, experience in IT / FinTech / Tech.

Schedule: 09:00–13:00 and 19:00–22:00
