An international product IT company in the iGaming sector is looking for a T&D Manager/ Business Trainer

What you will do: • Design and launch training programs based on business needs • Work with internal and external experts, providers, and speakers • Conduct strategic and team sessions, workshops, team building, and facilitations • Develop the internal LMS, create courses, tests, and training content

What is important: • Experience in companies with 500+ employees • Experience in building and transforming a training system • Skills in developing educational solutions and methodologies • Experience working with management teams • Knowledge of LMS and e-learning tools (iSpring, Articulate, etc.) • Ability to work as a business partner and translate requests into solutions
