⚡️ Mandatory requirements:

• Work experience in companies with 500+ employees
• Launching training systems "from scratch" and transforming existing ones
• Facilitation skills, conducting strategic and team sessions
• Experience working with management teams
• Proficiency in e‑learning tools (iSpring, Articulate) and LMS (WebTutor, Moodle, GetCourse)
• English language at a working level

🔻 You:
— Able to build a holistic training system: knowledge base, feedback culture, mentorship
— Develop methodologies and educational solutions
— Proficient in facilitation tools and able to work as an internal business partner
— Plus: experience in developing distance courses, tests, video instructions

🔻 What you will do:
— Develop the architecture of training programs based on business needs
— Interact with providers and experts, provide support at all stages
— Conduct strategic and team sessions, workshops, business games
— Package knowledge and administer LMS
— Analyze feedback and refine programs
