📍 Limassol, office

A major IT company group in the iGaming sector is looking for a Head of L&D. This is a new position, opened as part of the development of a centralized Learning & Development function within the group of companies.

What's important:

✅ T&D / Learning & Development experience of 5+ years ✅ Experience managing a team or function ✅ Experience in developing and conducting trainings ✅ Performance review, facilitation, working with C-level ✅ English from Upper-Intermediate (B2)

What you'll do:

✅ Develop a training and development strategy ✅ Launch training programs ✅ Conduct trainings and workshops ✅ Implement performance reviews ✅ Work with the department budget
