A product IT company developing and supporting high-load projects for large companies, including world-renowned ones, primarily B2B solutions in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager.

❗️Location: Limassol, Cyprus. The vacancy implies that you either already live in Cyprus or are ready for mandatory relocation after the probation period.

What you will do: -Develop business in LATAM and be responsible for metric growth -Independently manage the direction and make key decisions -Work at the intersection of product, marketing, and payments – synchronize teams -Identify and implement growth opportunities through a product approach -Work with partners and the market

What we expect: -At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Product experience -Understanding of iGaming (or related industries) and a desire to dive deep into the product -Ability to work with data: not just look at numbers, but draw conclusions and make decisions -Strong communication skills: ability to build dialogue between different teams -Independence and maturity – take ownership of a direction and bring tasks to completion without constant supervision -Strategic thinking: identify growth opportunities and be able to implement them -Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams -English from B1/B2

Will be a plus: -Proficiency in Spanish
