We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a large international company with projects in the iGaming sector. The role is for a candidate who is already in Cyprus, has experience in B2B business development, and wants to grow in working with gaming providers, casino/sportsbook products, and the live casino segment.

❗️Responsibilities: — Search for and analyze new gaming content providers; — Evaluate the quality and potential of content for the platform; — Conduct negotiations and discuss commercial terms; — Prepare proposals and participate in contract signing; — Coordinate content integration onto the platform; — Interact with internal teams and hand over providers to Account Management; — Participate in go-to-market and marketing plans for providers; — Analyze GGR, invoices, cooperation effectiveness, and competitor offerings; — Review commercial terms with current partners.

⚡️Requirements: — Similar experience in Business Development for 3+ years; — Understanding of B2B sales and partnership models in digital / tech / entertainment; — Strong negotiation skills and experience in business correspondence; — English C1+; — Willingness to work from the office in Limassol; — Readiness for business trips, exhibitions, and industry events.

💫Will be a plus: — Experience in iGaming, especially on the game provider / casino provider side; — Understanding of Live Casino; — Knowledge of key GEOs: LATAM, SEA, India; — Industry contacts; — Chinese language.
