Business Development Manager — iGaming

We are looking for a strong BDM / Commercial Manager to develop a new sales direction among iGaming companies in Cyprus.

This role is suitable for someone who is already within the local iGaming community, familiar with operators, holding companies, affiliate teams, and enjoys building sales through personal relationships, meetings, and recommendations.

The company helps iGaming operators earn more from their already acquired audience: increase Reg2Dep, retention, reactivation, repeat deposits, and overall player base monetization.

What you will be doing:

— Developing sales among iGaming operators, holding companies, and partner teams in Cyprus; — Approaching business owners, C-level executives, heads of CRM, Retention, Marketing, and Product; — Conducting meetings, identifying problems in the client funnel, and presenting solutions through financial results for the business; — Engaging the product team in preparing proposals and demonstrations; — Managing deals from the first contact to contract signing;

We will be happy to meet you if you have:

— Sales, partnerships, or account management experience in iGaming; — A good network within the iGaming community; — Understanding of B2C iGaming economics: traffic, Reg2Dep, retention, reactivation, revenue, and margin; — Experience negotiating with business owners and heads of departments; — English from C1 level; — Presence in Cyprus or readiness for relocation;
