Our partner, a large international company with iGaming projects, is looking for a Business Development Manager (Middle/Middle+) for their office in Cyprus.
We are looking for a specialist who is already in Cyprus and has successful experience in iGaming: from the operator side, game providers, sports betting, or casino.
📌What you will do: — search for new content providers and monitor the market; — analyze the quality of content, its potential, and its suitability for the platform and users; — negotiate with providers, agree on commercial terms, and prepare profitable offers; — participate in the preparation and execution of contracts; — coordinate content integration onto the platform and monitor launch deadlines; — hand over providers to account managers with full information for further development; — form and implement a marketing plan for the provider; — analyze results based on GGR and invoices; — track competitors: cooperation terms, strengths and weaknesses, promo activities; — develop and control go-to-market plans; — study the specifics of assigned regions; — seek alternative ways to obtain content; — review commercial terms and existing cooperation with current providers in favor of the platform.
❗️What is important: — Business Development experience of 2+ years, including entering new markets; — strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships; — experience in negotiations, business correspondence, and presentations; — ability to work in a cross-functional team; — understanding of B2B sales specifics and partnership models in digital / tech / entertainment; — high self-organization, results orientation, proactivity; — willingness to travel and participate in industry events; — English from C1 level — mandatory. ** ➕Will be a plus:** — experience in iGaming, especially from the game provider side; — knowledge of the market and processes in the Live Casino segment; — presence of industry contacts and understanding of key GEO specifics, e.g., LATAM, SEA, India; — Chinese language.
