About the project: A major brokerage company. The task is to develop a group of microservices for integrating the back-office (Dubai) with external banks and the Settlement Center. The project implies high requirements for transaction reliability and horizontal scalability.

Responsibilities: — Design and development of high-load microservices in Java; — Integration with banking systems via REST/Websockets/gRPC; — Ensuring data consistency in a distributed environment; — Implementation of caching mechanisms and asynchronous exchange; — Working in a team using Scrum/Kanban, participation in code reviews and mentoring (mentoring juniors/middles).

Key requirements: — Java 11+, Spring Boot 2+ (knowledge of 3 is a plus); — REST API (design, documentation); — Relational DBs: PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexes); — Queues: RabbitMQ or Kafka (production experience required); — Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; — Observability: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana; — Redis (caching, locking); — Understanding of ACID, BASE, CQS, Eventual Consistency; — Experience in building horizontally scalable microservices and DDD (Domain-Driven Design); — Knowledge of Websockets, gRPC, GraphQL (experience with at least one stack); — Ability to write Unit / Integration / Component tests; — Mentoring experience — important.
