Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of testers for antivirus software developed for UNIX systems.
- Planning and distributing tasks among team members.
- Compiling a release plan.
- Monitoring deadlines and quality of work performed.
- Implementing and developing automation.
- Mentoring and developing the team.
- Interacting with development teams, technical support, and technical writers.
- Conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and evaluating their probationary period.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix/macOS operating systems at an advanced user level.
- Experience as a team lead of a testing group for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, principles, and processes.
- Ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely, independence, attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of mail systems (Sendmail, Postfix, Exim, CGP), Samba, Squid.
- Knowledge of programming basics.
- Experience in test automation.
