⚡️CTO / Chief Technical Officer (Arbitrage Team)

A team of 100+ professionals that has been stably scaling traffic arbitrage projects for over 4 years is looking for a CTO to take charge of the development of the entire tech-direction: from auditing the current infrastructure to building a strategy and a team capable of scaling with the business.

🟣Responsibilities: — Develop and scale the company's internal technical infrastructure; — Audit existing technical solutions and propose ways to improve them; — Manage technical projects: from gathering requirements to commissioning; — Coordinate the work of the technical team and build effective interaction with internal clients; — Participate in the formation of technical strategy and determination of infrastructure development priorities; — Take part in hiring, developing specialists, and building the department structure.

🟣Requirements: — At least 2 years of experience as CTO in an arbitrage team (iGaming / Crypto), preferably with experience in Meta and Google advertising; — Experience in developing CRM/ERP for buying; — Experience in managing a technical team and building development processes from scratch; — Experience in direct interaction with owners and heads; — Strong technical foundation in development and architecture, understanding of DevOps, security, fault tolerance; — Understanding of the specifics of arbitrage: trackers, farming, advertising, anti-detect browsers.
