📣 Vacancy: Lawyer (Legal documents)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is required; LL.M. or other postgraduate qualification preferably in corporate law is an advantage.

Qualified lawyer status; registration with the Cyprus Bar Association is a plus.

Strong experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents (contracts, agreements, bylaws).

Solid knowledge of Cypriot law, including corporate governance, finance regulations, data protection (GDPR), and employment law.

3–5 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house lawyer, especially in corporate/commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
