We are TrafficConnect — one of the leaders in the affiliate market in iGaming. We have been on the market since 2018, operate in 80+ GEOs, and have grown from 20 to 140+ employees over the past two years. We develop our own internal services, automate business processes, and create tools that help our teams scale faster than the market. AI, web scraping, automation, analytics, and high-load services — all of this is part of our daily work. We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead who will take responsibility for the quality of our products and help systematically build the QA function.

We have 7+ internal products in the areas of web infrastructure, analytics, and marketing process automation. This is not purely a management role: it is important to remain hands-on with testing, work independently with automation, and at the same time develop processes and the QA team.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of key products and new functionalities;
• develop UI and API automation, independently write and maintain autotests;
• determine what is more effective to cover with automation, and what with manual QA;
• establish testing processes: regression, release cycles, Definition of Done;
• develop and evolve a test strategy for the product portfolio;
• implement clear quality metrics and improve release stability;
• select and implement a suitable automation stack;
• integrate autotests into CI/CD;
• manage the QA team: planning, task distribution, development, and participation in hiring.

🔎 What is important to us

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with 3+ years in automation;
• at least 1 year in a QA Lead / Team Lead position;
• strong hands-on experience in manual + automation testing;
• confident UI and API automation skills;
• experience managing a QA team;
• ability to independently build QA processes and test strategy;
• readiness to combine a leadership role with engineering work, rather than fully transitioning into management.

Will be a plus: experience in hiring QA engineers, CI/CD, load testing, and working with multiple products simultaneously.
