Product Manager (e-commerce)
Role: Product Manager (e-commerce)
Location: Limassol (can consider hybrid mode)
We are currently looking for a strong and proactive Product Manager, who can develop online products, make data-driven decisions, understand UX/UI, and know how to increase conversion and revenue in e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and optimize the e-commerce product on Shopify
- Support, improve, and scale the online store according to the company’s business goals
- Analyze the market, user behavior, and customer needs
- Generate hypotheses and proposals for product development
- Monitor competitors and find solutions to enhance user experience and business performance
- Optimize user flows and key funnel stages: from incoming traffic to first purchase and repeat orders
- Develop and implement features aimed at increasing conversion, average order value, and LTV
- Work with product and web analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Assign tasks to designers, developers, and other team members, and ensure implementation
- Contribute to product development within the framework of the overall company strategy
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce
- Practical experience with Shopify
- Understanding of Shopify’s capabilities and limitations, Shopify Apps, themes, customizations, and integrations
- Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI
- Basic knowledge of product and web analytics
- Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Experience analyzing the market, competitors, and user behavior
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to find non-standard solutions
- Skills in process management and team coordination
- Proficiency with analytics tools
- English: Intermediate or higher
