We are looking for a Product Manager who can identify strong ideas, package them into products, and drive them to real value and sales.
We need someone who understands market (domain) pains and problems through the lens of our solutions and demand — and turns this into a product that clients are willing to pay for.
Key responsibilities:
Product discovery & validation:
- identify ideas for solutions that clients are willing to pay for;
- analyze markets, domains, and client segments through the lens of our expertise;
- identify recurring pains and turn them into product hypotheses;
- validate hypotheses through interviews, prototyping, and rapid launches.
Product packaging:
- transform ideas, technologies, and company expertise into clear product offerings;
- define value propositions for specific industries and segments;
- package solutions to be scalable and repeatable;
- make complex things simple and sellable.
Pre-sales & client engagement:
- present solutions and “sell the idea” at the business level;
- handle stakeholder objections;
- shift conversations from “build us a project” to “let’s solve a business problem”.
Product delivery leadership:
- guide development teams toward business outcomes;
- work across multiple initiatives / products simultaneously;
- balance speed, quality, and value.
Metrics & growth:
- work with metrics (not just declare them);
- understand what actually creates value;
- scale successful solutions and identify repeatable patterns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
- 10+ years of total experience (business, BA, consulting, marketing, etc.);
- proven experience launching and bringing B2B products to market;
- mandatory B2B experience;
- ability to work with multiple products / projects simultaneously;
- strong communication and presentation skills;
- experience handling client and stakeholder objections;
- hands-on experience with metrics and data-driven decision making;
- experience using AI tools for prototyping and discovery;
- english level: B2 or higher.
