We create and apply AI technologies for the development of T-Bank's financial ecosystem, implement machine learning into the company's products and internal processes, making solutions higher quality, safer, and more convenient for users, and invest in long-term research. We are currently looking for ML engineers who will bring expertise and their contribution to the development of the Artificial Intelligence Technology Center.

Responsibilities
- Studying scientific articles, generating hypotheses, setting up experiments based on them, and communicating results to the team.
- Improving model quality in various scenarios.
- Accelerating model performance using modern optimization methods and architectures.
- Writing reproducible code, organizing experiments into reproducible pipelines, including data labeling and processing, model training, and overall system validation.
Requirements
- Experience in developing machine learning models using modern DL frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, etc.) and deploying them in production.
- Deep understanding of the principles behind modern machine learning algorithms.
- High level of Python proficiency.
- Ability to decompose tasks into reusable and testable libraries and components.
- Strong theoretical background in mathematics, algorithms and data structures, and applied statistics.
- Ability to independently study scientific articles in English and the desire to conduct experiments based on them.
- Practical knowledge of Linux, Git, Bash, Docker.
