Technical Product Manager

Position: Technical Product Manager Level: Senior Experience: 4+ years Tech PdM & 2+ years developer Stack: C#, .NET, API, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, Kibana, Grafana Languages: Russian C2, English C1 Locations: Portugal, Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, All countries of South America – ONLY candidates with a long-term visa in these countries are considered. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. A Technical PdM in a single role, who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of small and medium product solutions. Large-scale solutions will remain with the CTO.
2. We need a Tech PdM who grew from a developer (not a development lead, but specifically a developer).
3. This is NOT a project manager or task coordinator role. We need someone who can think through product behavior.
4. A Technical PdM who has hands-on experience, not a manager of PdMs. We need a Tech PdM who worked individually in a very small team.
5. A Tech PdM who has a long-term visa in one of these countries: Portugal, Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, All countries of South America.

WHO IS NOT A GOOD FIT:

1. Candidates who held the position of Head of Product or higher.
2. Candidates from large teams. Our team is very small.
3. Candidates with predominantly or last experience working on outsourcing or freelance terms.
4. Candidates residing outside the list of countries we have indicated.
5. Candidates in the style of "I live here, my sole proprietorship is there" or "I live there, but sometimes here" or "I plan to live there, but currently here" or "I live in a different time zone, but it's convenient for me to work in your time zones" – we do NOT consider them.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Long-term visa in the country of residence – mandatory.
2. Conversational English at C1+ level (English-speaking team).
3. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
4. Previous experience of at least 2 years as a hands-on developer or engineer: DevOps, QA, Data, etc.
5. Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
6. Minimum 3 years of experience with technical SaaS products, including APIs, webhooks, useful JSON payloads, logs, error codes, permissions, and integrations.

MAIN TASK: Own day-to-day product execution for small and medium product decisions, working closely with the CTO as the primary owner of broader product direction.
