The CTO of a Tribe is a key role in the company. This is a person who is directly responsible for the development of a significant piece of business: for people, processes, and technologies all together.

What's important to me: — To love and be able to 'do technology and architecture'. Practical engineering experience is a big plus. — Entrepreneurial approach. Understanding that results are driven not by FTEs in the HR budget, but by resources that have weight in the P&L of the division. And the ability to manage these resources. — Ability to build processes and gather strong people around you. — Metrics are everything to us. You cannot qualitatively manage what you cannot measure.
