Product Tribe Technical Director (CTO)

At MTS Bank PJSC, we've embarked on a large-scale transformation of almost everything related to technology. Now, I'm looking for Product Tribe Technical Directors for my team.

A Tribe CTO is a key role in the company. This is a person who is directly responsible for the development of a significant piece of the business: for people, processes, and technologies combined.

What's important to me: — To love and be able to 'do technologies and architecture'. Practical engineering experience is a big plus. — An entrepreneurial approach. Understanding that results are driven not by FTEs in the HR budget, but by resources that have weight in the direction's P&L. And the ability to manage these resources. — The ability to build processes and gather strong people around you. — Metrics are everything to us. You cannot effectively manage what you cannot measure.
