AI Product Manager — Paynomic
We are looking for a senior or strong mid-level individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who:
- Thinks in terms of revenue / unit-economics / time-to-paid
- Does it themselves: prototypes in Figma/code, landing pages, copywriting, cold audience testing, A/B testing, conclusions.
- Uses AI as a multiplier: vibe-coding prototypes, generating landing pages, research, analyzing interviews, copywriting.
- Is ready to bear P&L responsibility for their domain: metric, hypothesis, experiment, decision to keep or kill:)
Area of Responsibility
- Existing clients
- Revenue hypotheses: pricing, packaging, upsell, retention, expansion within the platform.
- Discovery with active merchants
- Prioritizing roadmap through a revenue lens: features are evaluated by "how much $ will it bring / retain"
- New clients
- Landing pages for segments and specific deals
- Prototypes and demo flows for sales representatives — so that the lead can interact with the product before signing the contract.
- Testing offer hypotheses: offer → channel → conversion → conclusion. Fast cycles.
- Frictionless trial flow (no-KYB $1000 USDT test) — packaging, metrics, conversion to paid.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- 5+ years in product, having brought at least one product from 0 to revenue or significantly increased the revenue of an existing one.
- Examples of cases of prototyping and launching landing pages with their own hands.
- Ability to freely work with AI tools in daily routine (Claude/Cursor/v0/Figma Make, etc.).
- Experience in Fintech / payments / crypto on-ramp / merchant-acquiring / high-risk verticals.
- Experience working with a sales team: materials, demos, objection handling.
- Basic technical literacy (can read API docs, understands how integration works, can build a landing page themselves).
