New Format SMM Manager (Web3 / Crypto) Wanted for the Team

About Us ViaHonest is a Web3 marketplace for physical goods: sellers list items (sneakers, streetwear, art, merch, collectibles), each item gets a digital certificate of authenticity, and transactions are protected by escrow. The product is live and functional, built on Polygon. The main market is the USA.

We are strengthening our team and looking for an SMM specialist who works in a new way: using neural networks and automation to create a lot of content, catch trends, and quickly test hypotheses.

▪️What needs to be done: ▫️Manage and grow our social networks: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, etc. ▫️Mass-produce content using neural networks — text and graphics (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, video generation, etc.) ▫️Catch trends and quickly turn them into content while they are relevant ▫️Build automations to increase content output without increasing time spent ▫️Constantly test hypotheses: formats, approaches, topics — see what resonates, and scale

▪️Who we are looking for: ▫️Experience in crypto / Web3 — mandatory (you understand the culture, tone, community) ▫️Confident work with neural networks — text and graphic; you know how to get results from them, not just "ask ChatGPT" ▫️Sense of trends — you see what's trending right now and are among the first to capitalize on it ▫️Ability to build automations and processes for high content volume ▫️Thinking in terms of tests and hypotheses, not "post and forget" ▫️Copywriting skills — you can bring AI text to a polished, engaging result ▫️Fluent Russian + English (correspondence, content)

▪️Will be a big plus: ▫️Conversational English ▫️Experience with marketplaces / e-commerce ▫️Visual acuity, Reels, short videos ▫️Own stack of tools and integrations (AI + automation)
