Head of Payments

We are looking for a Head of Payments for an international marketplace of digital goods — we are building payment infrastructure from scratch: banks, PSPs, local payment methods, entering markets in the CIS, Europe, and Latin America. We value experience specifically with banks: MDR negotiations, onboarding, reserve control, conversion rates, and hidden fees — not just PSP connections. Key responsibilities: — Payment strategy for international expansion — Negotiations and onboarding of banks and PSPs — Monitoring metrics: conversion, chargeback, fraud rate, settlements — Building a team and processes from scratch 🌎Remote, flexible schedule, fast-growing team.
