Head of Data Analytics / BI Team Lead

Responsibilities: Defining priority areas of analytics, selecting methodologies, tools, and standards for the team. Development and support of BI dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / DataLens), generation of Ad-Hoc reporting. Managing a team of analysts: hiring, training, mentoring, conducting 1-to-1s, performance evaluation. Distributing requests from the business, prioritizing, reviewing reports and dashboards. Regular interaction with business stakeholders to identify needs and present results. Developing a data culture: implementing a "single window" approach, training in self-service analytics, creating a system of unified metrics and dictionaries. Implementing Data Governance practices (MDM, Data Catalog, Lineage), controlling data quality. Participation in the selection and implementation of BI systems and data catalogs, automation of routine reports.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the role of Team Lead / Head of Analytics / Lead Data Analyst. Experience in implementing or replacing BI systems. In-depth experience in building interactive dashboards in modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Yandex DataLens, Fine BI, or similar). Expert SQL (complex JOINs, window functions, CTEs), advanced M / DAX, proficiency in Python and R for analysis. Knowledge of DWH fundamentals (ODS/DDS/CDM layers, "star" / "snowflake" schemas). Understanding of statistics, A/B testing, confidence intervals, regression analysis.

Optional: experience in implementing Data Catalog and DQ processes, presentation skills for top management, experience with dbt.
