Alexey Khakhunov, an entrepreneur, is developing several technology areas: Nevel, tools for working with AI; "Maslov.ai", software and technologies for dairy farms; educational projects on applying AI in work.

This is an environment where you can delve into the structure of technology businesses, work with different teams, and see how solutions turn into products and processes. From AI agents to farm management technologies: curiosity about what companies do and a desire to understand new things are important here.

About the Role

Main task: to free up the manager's time and attention by independently resolving organizational issues in business and personal life.

The role involves not only performing current tasks but also building a system around them: clear processes, a knowledge base, tracking agreements, and automations. An approach where a recurring task becomes an opportunity to improve the process, not just perform it manually again, is important.

Areas of Responsibility

• Manager support. Calendar management, meeting organization, preparation of materials and summaries, collecting questions for decision-making, monitoring agreements and next steps.
• Personal and family tasks. Organizing household services, shopping, housing issues, appointments, and documents. Finding contractors, comparing options, and monitoring execution.
• Business and personal trips. Route planning, booking tickets, accommodation, and transportation, coordinating visa documents, resolving issues when plans change.
• Administrative support for the team. Organizing accounts, accesses, subscriptions, purchasing and delivering equipment. Maintaining information order and interacting with relevant teams.
• Corporate and financial administration. Collecting documents for banks and legal entities, coordinating with lawyers and accountants, accompanying approvals, invoices, and authorized payments.
• Support for individual projects. Organizing agreed-upon processes, including in educational products: client documents, payments, accesses, communications, and material preparation.
• Process building and automation. Creating a knowledge base, setting up task and regular operation tracking, implementing AI tools and services that reduce manual work.

Legal, accounting, and migration issues are resolved jointly with specialized professionals. Payments and legally significant actions are performed only within the scope of authorized powers.

What's Important for This Role

Autonomy and responsibility for results. The ability to receive a task, clarify the expected outcome, develop a plan, involve the right people, and bring the matter to completion. If the manager's decision is required, prepare a brief context and action options.

Openness to new technologies. Willingness to quickly master unfamiliar services, test AI tools, and reconsider usual ways of working. This is one of the key requirements, not an additional plus. It's not necessary to know all the tools in advance; the ability to understand them is important.

Systematic approach. Ability to maintain context, keep documents and agreements organized, and anticipate potential delays in advance. A desire not only to close tasks but also to eliminate the root causes of recurring problems.

Attention to detail and confidentiality. Careful handling of money, personal data, documents, and accesses. Ability to verify the results of AI work.

Interest in business and readiness for diverse tasks. A desire to understand how products and companies work, combined with a willingness to handle routine organizational work. This role involves both independent projects and regular business and personal tasks.
