Team Lead Backend (Go) for a referral program development project. Company: NDA, iGaming. Salary: $6000-$8000, negotiable. Employment Type: Fulltime. Format: remote. Location: remote. Grade: Lead.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance services in Go
- Define the technical direction for the backend platform's development
- Improve system reliability, availability, and security
- Design scalable architecture, including multitenancy
- Optimize development and code delivery processes, reduce time-to-market
- Advance agentic coding practices and team engineering efficiency
- Participate in infrastructure development and observability
- Develop the Data Engineering area, participate in building and developing DWH
Requirements
- Proficient in Go and understand how modern infrastructure works
- Have at least one year of experience as a team lead
- Possess a relevant IT education (priority given to graduates from MSU CMC, Mechanics and Mathematics, HSE FCS, MIPT, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, ITMO)
- Have 5-7 years of commercial experience
- Have experience in designing and developing high-load systems
- Understand the principles of building authentication and authorization — AuthN/AuthZ
- Familiar with service mesh and modern observability approaches
- Able to make architectural decisions and be responsible for their implementation
- Possess leadership qualities and be capable of being the technical ideologist of the platform
- Think systemically, able to structure processes and reduce technical chaos
- Have worked with high-load projects or infrastructure solutions
Will be a plus
- Experience in AdTech
- Experience with YDB
- Experience working in big tech (Yandex, VK, Ozon, Magnit, etc.)
