Looking for a strong Backend Developer (Go). Format: remote / full-time. A product with real-money logic, high load, and matchmaking of live users (5M+ users worldwide). The backend is a critical part of the product, and we are actively strengthening this area.
We are looking for a developer who: — takes responsibility for the result, not just the code — knows how to accelerate delivery without losing reliability — doesn't wait for instructions, is proactive — thinks about the product, risks, and architecture as a whole
Formally not a tech lead, but in practice — a role with great influence and growth prospects: backend, architecture, product solutions, direct interaction with the CTO / CPO / CEO.
Expectations: — within a month — a real contribution to production — within 3 months — a backend that can be relied upon without constant supervision
Mandatory requirement — an AI-native approach as a working tool (automation, development acceleration, quality improvement).
