Tech Lead Backend (Go) for B2B Platform Development
Company: NDA, iGaming Salary: $5000-7000, negotiable Employment Type: #Fulltime Format: Remote work initially with mandatory relocation after the probation period, then hybrid Location: Cyprus, Limassol Grade: Lead
Responsibilities: • Develop and evolve services in Go • Define the technical direction for the backend platform's development • Enhance system reliability, availability, and security • Design scalable architecture, including multitenancy • Optimize development and code delivery processes, reduce time-to-market • Develop agentic coding practices and improve the team's engineering efficiency • Participate in infrastructure and observability development • Advance the Data Engineering domain, participate in building and developing DWH
We expect you to have: • Excellent knowledge of Go and understanding of modern infrastructure components • Experience in designing and developing high-load systems • Understanding of authentication and authorization principles — AuthN/AuthZ • Familiarity with service mesh and modern observability approaches • Ability to make architectural decisions and take responsibility for their implementation • Possess leadership qualities and be capable of being the technical ideologist of the platform • Think systemically, structure processes, and reduce technical chaos • Experience with high-load projects or infrastructure solutions
