✅ What you will be doing: Collecting and prioritizing technical requirements, translating them into engineering tasks, synchronizing the team's technical goals with business goals, and defending the interests of technical quality before the business. Leading a team of backend engineers: hiring, onboarding, task distribution, employee development, fostering a culture of code review, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. Designing, developing, and ensuring the reliability of high-load services with a target availability of 99.95%, measurable SLOs (latency P95/P99, throughput, RTO/RPO), being responsible for the technical quality and stability of the system in production. Developing the architecture of a distributed microservice system: identifying bottlenecks and risks, designing scalable solutions, and preventing incidents. Developing processes for development, testing, delivery, and operation of services, including CI/CD, on-call, incident response, blameless postmortems, architectural and code reviews, internal technical sessions.

🎯 We expect you to: Have commercial development experience in Go for 6+ years, including 1–2 years in a Team Lead / Tech Lead role. Possess a deep understanding of multithreading. Have designed and operated high-load distributed microservice systems. Know distributed system patterns (Saga, Outbox, Circuit Breaker, Bulkhead, CQRS, etc.), understand common microservice architecture problems (distributed transactions, eventual consistency, cascading failures, data duplication) and their solutions. Have worked with REST, gRPC, and asynchronous communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSocket, Pub/Sub, SSE), understand the application scenarios for each mechanism. Know SQL and NoSQL databases, have experience profiling queries and schema migrations, understand when each data model is appropriate. Have worked with microservice infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) and built CI/CD pipelines. Understand observability principles: metrics (RED/USE, SLI/SLO, health checks), logging, tracing, and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, distributed tracing, centralized logging). Be able to argue architectural decisions before technical and non-technical audiences.

➕ It will be a plus: Experience in iGaming or related high-load products. Experience in high-load fintech / trading domains — understanding transaction consistency requirements and protection against race conditions under high concurrent load. Ability to solve algorithmic and optimization problems in high-load services. Experience building incident management processes and conducting postmortems from scratch.
