#SMM Manager + #AI_Creator (AI Avatars, Gamedev)
ABOUT US:
Avi Games is an independent studio developing casual Hidden Object games for mobile platforms. We are 6 years old, and we already have 40+ released projects on PC and mobile platforms. Currently, we are looking for an SMM Manager with AI Creator experience to develop the company's social media and attract organic traffic to our games. The main task is to create and develop an AI avatar that resonates with our target audience for promotion in Tier 1 markets (USA and Europe).
TASKS:
• Creating and developing AI influencer accounts. • Creating content using AI tools (Nano Banana Pro, Kling AI, Kling Motion Control, Pruna Avatar, Grok, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Seedance). • Registration / warming up, setup, and management of branded accounts (AI characters) on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube. • Working with an audience of women aged 50+ from Tier 1 countries (US/EU), increasing reach / engagement organically, and scaling formats. • Creating a content strategy to attract the target audience for our games. • Analyzing and testing content, hypotheses, and promotion strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience launching and managing / promoting accounts from scratch on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube. • Experience in creating video content using AI tools (Nano Banana Pro, Kling AI, Kling Motion Control, Pruna Avatar, Grok, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Seedance). • Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, knowledge of current organic promotion mechanics. • Experience in testing content hypotheses, analyzing engagement metrics, and scaling successful formats. • Practical experience working with an audience predominantly women aged 50+ from Tier 1 countries, and understanding their interests, needs, and consumer behavior (will be a plus).
