Межгород is a new, rapidly growing startup incubator service Go New Ventures. We strive to create an outstanding service that will allow travel between cities comfortably and cost-effectively for both passengers and drivers. We already have over a million trips per month. Our goals are twofold growth of trips in the main scenario and building a new marketplace for planned trips with even faster growth: ten times year-on-year.

What tasks await you

Working with the team You will conduct regular meetings with the team, resolve current issues, ensure hiring and internal growth, and together with analysts and product managers create a long-term development plan, propose ideas that accelerate development and hypothesis testing.

Architecture design You will design technological and architectural solutions and be responsible for product quality and development, develop new functionality from idea to implementation as a player-coach.

Hypothesis testing We are engaged in developing and improving the shared planned trip service, upgrading the pricing mechanism, accounting for fixed prices, markups and forecasts for increased demand, marketing campaigns, creating a separate entry point in the application and booking flow specifically for intercity planned trips.

We expect you to

• Know how and want to develop the team
• Take a responsible approach to your tasks and are result-oriented
• Are ready to participate not only in the technical development of the projects you are involved in, but also in the product development

Will be a plus

• Have worked with microservice architecture, know what domain-driven design is
• Have had experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Developed in C++. We use the userver framework
• Understand how to test microservices. We use the testsuite framework for testing
