Requirements: 5+ years of commercial Python development experience. 2+ years of team leadership experience. Proficiency in frameworks: FastAPI, LiteStar, AioHttp, Sanic, Starlette, Django, Flask, etc. Experience implementing both synchronous and asynchronous interfaces. Experience implementing applications with databases. Experience covering applications with observability (logging, monitoring, tracing). Confident Python skills, ability to work with data (extraction, normalization, ranking). Adaptability to AI coding, quick switching between stacks. Experience in AI model-based agent development, including developing projects from scratch. Understanding of asynchronicity, multithreading, and multiprocessing in Python. Experience developing applied AI solutions based on LLMs (RAG, multi-agent flows, semantic extraction). Experience developing business logic, simple interfaces (UI), and integration pipelines.
