Publisher Account Manager Limassol, Cyprus | office | relocation package

TrafficStars is an international AdTech company with a highload infrastructure and billions of advertising events daily. We are currently looking for a Publisher Account Manager with experience in mainstream traffic, sales, and working with publishers.

What you will do: — Onboarding new clients and managing the full sales cycle — Searching and attracting new publishers — Developing relationships with existing clients, upsell, and optimizing cooperation — Managing a publisher portfolio and growing their revenue — Analytics, research, and performance optimization — Working with data reports and communication through various channels — Interacting with the compliance team on fraud traffic issues — Participating in international conferences and industry events

What is important: — Experience in online mainstream AdTech is mandatory — Strong communication and negotiation skills — Good command of English — Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize tasks — Proactiveness, independence, and critical thinking — Understanding of HTML / JS / CSS will be a plus
