Position: Senior MLOps & BlockchainOps Engineer (DevOps Engineer in AI & Blockchain products) Level: Senior Experience: 6+ years (NOT freelance) Location: Remote / удаленка Employment: Fulltime / полная Timezone: UTC+3 Company: ITM Salary: 300,000₽ – 400,000₽

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. DevOps engineer with experience in Blockchain and AI infrastructure (biometrics / Computer Vision).
2. Only fulltime, no concurrent employment, outsourcing and outstaffing NOT considered.
3. We need "working hands", NOT a technical manager.
4. We need a person who fully meets our expectations, NOT someone who learns on the fly.

WHO IS NOT A GOOD FIT:

1. Candidates with predominant or last experience in technical manager roles: Team Lead, CTO, etc. – this is irrelevant experience for this position. We are looking for "working hands", not a technical manager.
2. Candidates looking for a second job. Any concurrent employment will be noticeable in the first 2 months. We need honest fulltime.
3. Candidates with predominant or last experience in freelance.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Russian or Belarusian citizenship – mandatory. The Security Service can only check citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. You can reside in any country (±UTC+3).
2. 1+ year of experience with AI infrastructure (biometrics / Computer Vision).
3. 1+ year of experience with Blockchain infrastructure.
4. 1+ year of experience with Bare metal K8s.
5. 1+ year of experience with Nvidia GPU (Cuda, TensorRT).
6. 6+ years of total experience as a DevOps Engineer.
